StellarScript Reverse Transcriptase Portfolio

StellarScript® Reverse Transcriptase (RT) 포트폴리오는 세 가지 M-MLV 변이체로 구성되어 있으며, wild-type 효소 대비 RNase H 활성이 감소하고, 프로세싱 능력(processivity), 활성(activity), 열 안정성(thermostability), 저해제 내성(inhibitor tolerance)이 향상되었습니다. 이 키트에는 cDNA 합성에 필요한 primer를 제외한 모든 시약이 포함되어 있으며, 다양한 연구 요구에 맞춰 세 가지 옵션을 제공합니다.
